It's possible that you're experiencing a weakening of the pelvic floor. Kegel exercises seem to help strengthening it again.

Kegel exercise is like one for those who have given birth or incontinent? Hmm I have no such problems though…
Strengthening pelvic floor,,,,perhaps pilates help?
